By registering as a pet sitter on Petmigo, you agree to the following:

1. Platform Role Petmigo is a platform connecting pet owners with pet sitters. We do not participate in, guarantee, or take responsibility for any agreements, services, or payments made between sitters and owners.

2. Payments All payment arrangements are made directly between the sitter and the pet owner. Petmigo does not process, hold, or guarantee any payments.

3. Subscription Access to the Petmigo sitter directory requires an active monthly subscription of €6.99, billed on the 1 st of each month. Your subscription renews automatically. The first 30 sitters whose profiles are approved will receive 3 months of free access from the date their subscription is activated.

4. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your profile will be removed from the directory at the end of the billing period.

5. Responsibility Petmigo is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the services provided between sitters and pet owners.

6. Profile Accuracy You are responsible for ensuring your profile information is accurate and up to date.

7. Compliance with Laws  Caregivers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements in Spain, including any tax obligations or licensing requirements related to the services they provide.

8. Rights to Remove Profile Petmigo reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any caregiver profile at any time, without prior notice, if it believes that the profile violates these Terms or may negatively affect the platform or its users.
